the double room was warm, it included central heating and a sitting area. the location was wonderful, and the enjoyable breakfast was offered. everything met what was needed, i would go back in flash.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel and would stay here again. The breakfasts were enjoyable and great, always with a huge variety of meals. The staff members were amiable and amicable. The location was beautiful - just next door to Mancos and Durango. Street food restaurant Sparky's Grill was located 15 minutes walk away.

I absolutely loved the location of the bed and breakfast; it’s stunning and conveniently located near Mancos and Durango. I also appreciated how easily I could access Karst Gallery. the overall experience was incredibly comfortable and delightful, especially with the benefit of a private bathroom. Plus, the breakfast served was truly appetizing.
